Colombia
The CRRV is Whirlwind's main partner for a project to promote the socio-economic integration of wheelchair users in Southwest Colombia. The project will officially end in September 2006. CRRV will be producing Whirlwind-designed wheelchairs.

2. Cromados Vulcanos
Cromados Vulcanos has been building wheelchairs for more than 25 years. It's owner Guillermo Klusmann, participated in a wheelchair training given by Ralf Hotchkiss in 1985 in Lima, Peru. Formerly in Palmyra, Cromados Vulcanos is now located in Cali.
